Things happen in Northern Europa

The Nordic 66 Best Restaurants list will be based upon the yearly publication of classifications in the national and international guides for restaurants e.g. Den danske Spiseguide and others as well as a number of votings from leading critics and experienced persons in the gastronomic world in the nordic countries based in the juries for The Nordic Prize.

To follow the 66 best restaurants 5 runner-up listings for each nordic country will be a part of the guide. Those national lists is under the judgement of nordic juries related to The Nordic Prize award.

The very first edition will be presented beginning of may 2011.
